| November 2008 I regret that I am unable to keep Sew Susan open any longer. There are probably several reasons why, but if I sit and start picking apart every little thing, I will get more depressed. This decision has been difficult for me to make, but now that I have made it, I am just going to move forward. I have had so much fun, and made so many friends, and learned so much from everyone. I thought I had everything figured out when I opened the store, but I never imagined that my customers would be so wonderful. That was my best surprise, and I hold dear all the compliments, and friendship we have shared. I know I will see all of you again, either at the guild meetings, or quilt shows, because I won’t give up quilting, and I hope you all keep quilting and learning new skills. I do want you to come and enjoy this time of great sales while I liquidate the store. There are still beautiful fabrics, books, patterns, and notions that I’m sure you will enjoy, and beginning today, they will all be 35% off. Finished quilts, or other finished samples, will not be discounted. There will be no other discounts give during this sale. Additionally, I am going to shorten my hours. I will only be open noon to 6pm Tuesday through Friday, and 10am to 4pm on Saturday. I treasure all the friends I have made, and I thank you for your business. Susan
